Yelp Launches Cash Back Rewards Program

Yelp launched a Cash Back rewards program, which allows consumers to receive up to 10 percent cash back on their purchases at participating businesses across the U.S.

Users can sign up for the Yelp Cash Back program by visiting the program’s website, or by clicking the “Cash Back” link on the page of any participating business. From there, users can link as many credit or debit cards to the program as they’d like.

When users pay for products at participating businesses using their linked cards, they’ll automatically receive up to 10 percent cash back on their purchases, and the rewards they earn will automatically be credited to their accounts. Cash back rewards aren’t available for online orders or food delivery.

Users can find participating businesses by searching Yelp for “cash back.”

So far, the Yelp Cash Back program is active at a variety of bars and restaurants around the U.S. through Yelp’s partnership with Empyr, an online-to-offline card-linked offers platform. In a blog post, Yelp said additional businesses will be added to the program “soon.”
