Bazaart has launched Patternator on iOS. The pattern designer allows users to create patterns which can be used as their device’s background image, shared to social media or printed onto a phone case.
With Patternator, users can create a pattern by selecting one of ‘millions’ of stickers (powered by imoji), or by importing an image from their camera roll. When importing an image, the app scales it down so it repeats and forms a pattern on the screen.
Users can customize their pattern by selecting the background color, adjusting the pattern’s scale, spacing, rotation and more. While users can customize their pattern manually, the app also offers ‘smart’ layouts and suggestion background colors.
If users want to put the pattern on a phone case, they can select their device model and complete the purchase within the app. Cases are available for the iPhone 4 and up, with most cases available for $29.90. iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6S Plus cases cost $35.90.
Patternator is available to download for free on the iTunes App Store.
