Crusaders of the Lost Idols Coming to Mobile This Summer

Canadian developer Codename Entertainment announced that its clicker or idle game, Crusaders of the Lost Idols, will be released on mobile this summer. The title will be published by Kongregate.

Crusaders of the Lost Idols is currently available to play for free on Facebook and other online portals, and it can also be downloaded for free on Steam. Since its release in July 2015, the game has reportedly been played over 14 million times.

Crusaders of the Lost Idols Mobile

In Crusaders of the Lost Idols, players are challenged to complete objectives by recruiting a team of Crusaders, each with different abilities, to defeat enemies. Gamers can rapidly click to attack with their main Crusader, or let their companion Crusaders attack enemies automatically. Gamers earn money as they defeat enemies, and they can use this money to purchase and upgrade Crusaders.

Eric Jordan, CEO of Codename Entertainment, commented:

We’re very excited to be launching on mobile. The game has gone from strength to strength, and now we can reach more fans on mobile devices. We’ve enjoyed a long, successful partnership with Kongregate, and they were the natural choice for publishing our first ever mobile game.

Crusaders of the Lost Idols is expected to launch on iOS and Android this summer. Attendees at PAX East 2016 in Boston can try a pre-release mobile version of the game in Kongregate’s booth. PAX East takes place from April 22 to April 24, 2016.
